We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD, 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: $16.95 AUD, 1–2 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

 

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

 

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at oliveskinaesthetics@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve it.
