3. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline (for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details. An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship only to addresses within Australia. Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
